Products and Services

Our services are split into 3 distinct areas:

Emergency - Response Time 30-60 minutes dealing with initial works such as securing premises or dealing with flooded premises.

Responsive - Response Time is dependant on the type of work required, working Monday to Friday and from 2 hours. In this area we deal with such things as remedial works following a burglary or criminal damage. Property maintenance matters are also dealt with from a plumbing problem
through to a broken door lock.

Security - Response Time is again dependant on the works required and looks at the physical security required within a property.

Our offices are open 24 hours every day of the year to assist our customers and our emergency team of engineers are located around London to arrive at premises quickly to deal with most situations. Our works controllers can be contacted for any Responsive or Security works between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Our computerised system logs and trails all works and callouts and we are able to provide information to property managers on particular premises.
