Damage Control (UK) Ltd started operations in January 1991 as a direct response to the requirements of the market place. It was clear that a fast, efficient and professional emergency property maintenance service was needed to assist property owners in dealing with urgent situations and we believe we broke the mould of old fashioned slow service. A new customer service driven ethos was required.
Our company then known as London Damage Control was quickly recognised as the service to call if fast and reliable response was needed.
In 1992 we began our long relationship with the Police and Government Authorities and since then we have assisted in thousands of incidents including securing crime scenes. Our expertise has been called upon to make safe properties damaged in bomb attacks in London.
Whether a property has suffered a broken window or major fire damage or flood, we respond rapidly, with a professional approach and with an understanding of what is expected by our customers.
In August 2000, London Damage Control was taken over by Damage Control (UK) Ltd and we have continued to respond to calls for assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week every day of the year.
